Job Title Operations Intern Experience 1 Year Location Panchkula WFO Employment Type Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Intern to support day-to-day backend processes and ensure smooth onboarding and setup for client accounts The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data handling operational workflows and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely execution Key Responsibilities Backend Operations Support o Assist in managing and updating system data o Perform routine backend tasks to ensure smooth operational flow Account Onboarding o Support the onboarding process for new clients o Collect required information and ensure all onboarding steps are completed accurately KYC Verification o Review and validate KYC documents as per guidelines o Ensure accuracy completeness and compliance during document checks Menu Catalogue Management o Create and update menu catalogues for clients o Ensure all items pricing add-ons and categories are correctly uploaded Image Mapping o Match and map product images to the correct menu items o Ensure high-quality visual accuracy across platforms Login Creation Mapping o Create login credentials for clients or internal teams o Map logins to the correct dashboards outlets and permissions Required Skills Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel filters VLOOKUP pivot tables data cleaning etc Basic understanding of operational workflows Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work with structured data and documents Good communication and coordination skills Preferred Qualities Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks Quick learner with an interest in operations and backend processes Basic technical aptitude Excel dashboard navigation data entry Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Work Location In person
