We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Land Rover dealership team in Pune The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls handling inbound inquiries providing product information and engaging potential customers with the premium Land Rover brand You will play a key role in driving test drives showroom visits and supporting lead conversions Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in Land Rover vehicles Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information on models features pricing and dealership services Maintain customer engagement with a premium communication tone aligned with the Land Rover brand Use CRM software to update customer details track lead status and ensure timely follow-ups Schedule test drives showroom visits and service appointments Manage high call volumes and ensure follow-ups are completed as per timelines Work with the sales team to assist in achieving overall monthly lead and conversion targets Meet or exceed daily weekly call and conversion targets Required Qualifications Skills Education Minimum High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Bachelor s degree Experience 1-2 years in telecalling customer service call centers or sales Automotive Knowledge Basic understanding of car models features pricing and dealership operations Technical Skills Proficiency in CRM tools Microsoft Excel Word and email Communication Skills Clear confident and professional communication English Hindi Marathi preferred Call Handling Skills Experience handling high volumes of inbound outbound calls Lead Management Ability to nurture leads follow up consistently and close appointments Performance Driven Track record of achieving or exceeding targets Why Join Us Work with one of the world s most prestigious automotive brands Land Rover Competitive salary starting at 20k to 25k per month Skilled work environment with growth opportunities Training and support from an experienced luxury car dealership team Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Application Question s Female candidate required Work Location In person
