Job Title Junior Legal Associate Real Estate Civil Matters Company Real BeezLocation HyderabadType Full-Time On-siteJob Overview Real Beez is seeking a Junior Legal Associate to handle civil cases land dispute matters sale deed preparations registration documentation and legal opinions The candidate will work closely with our legal advisor and property documentation team to ensure all transactions are compliant transparent and legally sound Key Responsibilities Draft review and vet Sale Deeds Gift Deeds Lease Agreements MoUs and Power of Attorney documents Manage civil and property dispute cases in coordination with senior counsel and relevant authorities Handle land documentation including title verification encumbrance checks and property due diligence Prepare and file registration documentation at Sub-Registrar Offices Provide legal opinions on property transactions land ownership and real estate investments Liaise with clients government departments and legal consultants for smooth case handling Maintain updated legal records case logs and compliance reports Support the management in settlement negotiations and case strategy discussions Desired Candidate Profile Qualification LL B LL M from a recognized university Experience 1-3 years of experience in civil law property documentation or real estate legal work Skills Required Strong understanding of property laws civil procedures and registration processes Excellent drafting communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in Telugu and English knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage Ability to handle multiple cases independently under supervision Compensation Market-competitive salary based on experience performance-based incentives Job Type Full-time Pay 27 727 95 - 82 836 08 per month Work Location In person
