Position Overview The Interior Design Trainer guides students through the creative and technical journey of interior design This role blends artistry with real-world application helping learners transform blank spaces into thoughtful environments using design principles software tools and practical execution knowledge Key Responsibilities Teach interior design fundamentals space planning color theory materials textures lighting and furniture arrangement Train students on industry-standard design software AutoCAD SketchUp Revit 3ds Max etc Demonstrate drafting techniques digital rendering and presentation workflows Provide hands-on guidance through studio projects case studies and client-style assignments Review and critique student work with constructive growth-focused feedback Prepare lesson plans training modules and practical assessments Stay updated with trends in interiors sustainability materials and emerging design technologies Support students in portfolio development and industry readiness Maintain a creative supportive and professional classroom environment Required Skills Qualifications Degree Diploma in Interior Design or related field Solid knowledge of design principles building materials and execution processes Proficiency in CAD and design software Prior teaching training experience preferred Excellent communication visualization and mentoring abilities Ability to inspire creativity and problem-solving in students Preferred Attributes Passion for design that sparks curiosity Patience blended with a guiding spirit Ability to turn complex concepts into learner-friendly experiences Portfolio showcasing interior design projects execution or conceptual Job Types Full-time Part-time Pay 12 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Expected hours 48 per week Work Location In person
