Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Telecaller to contribute to generating sales for our company The Telecaller will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining positive customer relationships The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator with persuasive skills and a passion for sales Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell company products services Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or incoming inquiries Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions products Meet daily weekly and monthly sales targets Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively Provide feedback to the management on customer concerns interests and market trends Maintain a polite and professional manner during calls Collaborate with the field sales team when required Requirements Minimum 12th pass or Graduate preferred Proven experience as a telecaller telemarketer or similar sales customer service role Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in relevant languages e g English and Hindi Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software is a plus Preferred Skills Sales and negotiation skills Active listening Patience and resilience Time management and discipline Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Work Location In person
