ROLE SUMMARY To provide legal counsel to the Organizations businesses and functions by providing end-to end contract management advising on regulatory compliances handling litigation and ensuring that the Organisations operations are conducted within the applicable legal framework ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES End-to-End Contract Management i e Negotiating Drafting Reviewing and Monitoring agreements throughout its lifecycle Provide day-to-day legal advice to business units operations and HR Teams Manage litigation arbitration and other regulatory proceedings Co-ordinate with external counsels support in strategizing legal defense and assist in preparation of relevant legal documents Interpret laws regulations and guidelines applicable upon the Organization and assist Management in ensuring compliance Ensure smooth functioning of legal matters in various Courts Develop maintain and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of the Organization Respond to alleged violations of rules regulations policies procedures and Standards of Conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures Develop and oversee a system for uniform handling of such violations Monitor changes in laws and regulations and advise management on implications Identify potential legal risks in business proposals and suggest mitigating measures Liaise with Regulatory Bodies Governmental and Statutory Authorities as required Ensure relevant stakeholder and external counsel management REQUIREMENTS Must be an LLB LLM with minimum 3 years of experience Strong Knowledge of Commercial Financial Corporate and Labour Laws and Regulations Excellent drafting negotiation and Analytical Skills Strong inter-personal and communication skills Job Type Full time Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
