We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our retail textile division including recruitment onboarding employee relations attendance and compliance Key Responsibilities Handle recruitment for store and backend roles Manage onboarding documentation and HRMS updates Monitor attendance leave and support payroll inputs Maintain employee relations and resolve grievances Ensure statutory compliance PF ESIC Shops Act Support performance management and training coordination Prepare HR MIS reports and handle exit formalities Requirements Graduation Post-Graduation in HR 3-5 years of HR experience in retail or textile preferred Strong communication HR operations knowledge and problem-solving skills Job Type Full time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
