Key Responsibilities 1 Client Relationship Management Building and maintaining strong relationships with mapped clients understanding their financial needs and providing personalized investment advice 2 Investment Guidance Analysing investor needs and recommending Company s approved mutual fund options to help clients achieve their financial goals 3 Sales and Marketing Promoting mutual fund products and services to potential clients and meeting sales targets 4 Portfolio Management Monitoring and Reviewing clients investment portfolios Monthly Quarterly Half-yearly to ensure optimal performance 5 Compliance and Reporting Ensuring all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and preparing regular reports MIS for clients and management and reporting as and when asked 6 Sales Growth Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross selling and working towards achieving sales targets 7 Collaboration Working closely with sales marketing and other internal teams to enhance customer experience and drive business growth Customer Support addressing and resolving client issues and complaints promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction Key Skills Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams Problem-Solving Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client issues and improve service delivery Sales Acumen Proficiency in sales techniques and a deep understanding of sales processes Customer Orientation A strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to build lasting relationships Teamwork Ability to work collaboratively with different departments to achieve common goals Typical Qualifications Education A bachelor s degree in business administration marketing or a related field Advanced degrees or certifications in sales or customer relationship management can be beneficial Experience Previous experience in sales customer service or relationship management roles is often required Job Type Full-time Pay 14 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Advantages Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
