We are looking for a motivated and analytical Performance Marketing Trainee with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads especially for Lead Generation campaigns The ideal candidate should be confident in running and optimizing search and display campaigns Exposure to Meta Ads is a plus but Google Ads expertise is preferred Key Responsibilities Plan execute and optimize Google Ads Lead Generation campaigns across Search Display and YouTube Assist in managing performance campaigns with a primary focus on lead generation Conduct keyword research competitor analysis and audience segmentation Monitor daily campaign performance and suggest optimization strategies to reduce CPL and improve lead quality Create and test ad copies extensions and landing page variations Track KPIs such as CPL conversion rate Quality Score and lead quality metrics Prepare campaign performance reports with actionable insights Stay updated on Google Ads trends policy changes and performance marketing best practices Requirements Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads specifically Lead Generation campaigns Basic Understanding of Meta Ads Manager Good analytical ability and data interpretation skills Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics Tag Manager Keyword Planner etc Excellent communication skills written verbal Ability to work in a quick-paced environment with tight deadlines BMS Marketing graduates preferred What We Offer 3-6 month intensive training with real-time campaign experience Learning directly under senior performance marketing experts Growth opportunities certifications and hands-on exposure A collaborative and dynamic work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
