Duties Responsibilities Export Import Operations Manage complete export and import documentation processes including pre- and post-shipment activities Coordinate with CHA freight forwarders shipping lines and transporters for timely shipment execution Ensure accurate preparation of shipping documents like invoices packing lists BL COO and LC documentation Compliance Regulatory Ensure adherence to customs regulations DGFT policies and other EXIM statutory requirements Handle EPCG MEIS RODTEP documentation and related formalities with DGFT and customs authorities Keep track of export incentives and duty benefits under applicable schemes Coordination Communication Coordinate with internal departments production stores accounts for dispatch planning and documentation Liaise with customers vendors and banks for export remittances and LC settlements Resolve issues related to delays penalties or non-compliance with shipping schedules Documentation Record-Keeping Maintain detailed records of all EXIM transactions licenses and correspondence Ensure proper version control and traceability of critical EXIM documentation Track shipments and update status to stakeholders regularly Skills and Competencies Strong understanding of international trade regulations export-import policies and documentation Proficient in coordinating with logistics partners CHAs and regulatory authorities Good knowledge of incentive schemes like MEIS RODTEP and EPCG Hands-on experience with ERP systems preferably SAP and MS Excel Excellent planning coordination and communication skills Ability to work independently and resolve issues under pressure Qualifications Experience Educational Qualification B Com PGDM PG Diploma in Export-Import Management or International Business Experience Minimum 6 years of experience in EXIM operations preferably in transformer electrical or heavy engineering manufacturing industries Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 6 00 - 14 00 per year Work Location In person
