We are hiring enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to work as Field Sales Executives for door-to-door customer visits to complete KYC verification and assist in opening Kotak 811 digital bank accounts The leads will be provided by the bank and the job involves on-field customer interaction Key Responsibilities Visit customer addresses as per leads shared by the bank to collect KYC documents Assist customers in opening Kotak 811 zero-balance savings accounts via the mobile app or digital platform Ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance with RBI KYC guidelines Explain the benefits of the Kotak 811 account and resolve basic customer queries Update visit status and feedback in the system daily Coordinate with the backend team for smooth processing of customer accounts Requirements Qualification Minimum 12th pass Graduates preferred Experience Freshers or 0-2 years of experience in field sales banking or customer service Skills Good communication skills Hindi local language Basic understanding of smartphones and mobile apps Customer-focused and target-driven attitude Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Advantages Paid sick time Work Location In person
