Job Opening Process Operator - Chemical Process Plant Location Shirval Satara Maharashtra Employment Type Full-Time Rotational Shift Experience ITI Mechanical Electrical Industry Renewable Fuels Waste-to-Energy About the Role We are seeking a skilled and proactive Process Operator to join our Chemical Process Plant operations team The role shall encompass operating monitoring and maintaining plant equipment to ensure safe efficient and continuous production With a diploma in mechanical or chemical engineering the operator contributes to both process control and equipment upkeep supporting preventive maintenance and process optimization activities Key Responsibilities Start operate and stop plant equipment in accordance with production schedules and standard operating procedures SOPs Monitor process parameters such as temperature pressure flow and level record operational data accurately for compliance and analysis Inspect adjust or replace equipment components as necessary to maintain optimal performance and reliability Conduct routine checks to ensure proper functioning of all systems and equipment Adjust machinery settings to accommodate different processes products or production requirements Perform troubleshooting and maintenance activities to prevent and resolve operational issues Maintain accurate operational logs documenting deviations and corrective actions Ensure strict compliance with safety health and environmental regulations at all times Maintain a clean organized and hazard-free work environment Collaborate effectively with engineers technicians and other departments to identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency Participate in commissioning start-up shutdown and emergency response activities as required Qualifications Skills ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 1-3 years of experience in process operations plant equipment handling or mechanical and electrical maintenance Proficiency in reading and interpreting Process Flow Diagrams PFDs Piping Instrumentation Diagrams P IDs and equipment manuals Working and operational knowledge of pumps compressors heat exchangers boilers and rotating equipment Familiarity with process control systems DCS SCADA and basic instrumentation Solid understanding of safety protocols environmental regulations and quality standards Excellent problem-solving teamwork and communication skills Willingness to work in rotating shifts and industrial environments Willingness to relocate across India if required by the Organization Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
