Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Recruiter to lead and manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for various departments across the organization The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing top talent managing relationships with hiring managers and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process This role requires strategic thinking excellent communication and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices Key Responsibilities Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across departments Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing using LinkedIn job boards employee referrals social media and networking events Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications cultural fit and alignment with job requirements Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters or recruiting coordinators Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners e g recruitment agencies Track and report key recruiting metrics e g time to fill cost per hire candidate experience feedback Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment technologies Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent Assist in the development and execution of diversity equity and inclusion DEI hiring strategies Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Master s degree is a plus 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment preferably in a corporate or agency environment Proven experience recruiting for a wide range of positions and industries Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems ATS HRIS platforms and recruitment tools Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Certification in HR or recruitment e g SHRM-CP PHR AIRS is a plus Preferred Skills Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing Familiarity with DEI hiring practices and inclusive recruitment strategies Global or multi-location recruiting experience Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance related to recruitment Working Conditions Hybrid or remote work options may be available Occasional travel for recruitment events job fairs or onsite interviews may be required Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
