RIK Industries Private Limited is a well-established furniture manufacturer operating the e-commerce brand ABOUT SPACE with significant impact as an e-commerce seller We are looking for an experienced Packing Supervisor to oversee furniture packing operations and ensure all products are safely prepared for dispatch The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of packing methods for wooden and modular furniture Key Responsibilities Supervise daily packing activities for finished furniture items Ensure proper packing methods based on product type wooden modular upholstered glass etc Check packing quality wrapping foam cushioning carton fitting taping and labeling Maintain inventory of packing materials cartons bubble wrap foam sheets tapes corner guards Coordinate with production and quality teams to receive furniture on time for packing Ensure safe handling to avoid scratches dents or transit damage Train packing helpers on correct packing techniques and safety procedures Prepare packing lists and coordinate with dispatch logistics team for shipment scheduling Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area Qualifications Any diploma degree or relevant experience 2-4 years experience in furniture packing warehouse or dispatch operations Skills Required Solid knowledge of packing materials and furniture protection methods Ability to supervise a team of packers and helpers Time management and coordination skills Good communication and basic documentation skills Hindi speaking candidates are preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
