Job Title Finance Associate Location Insighte Childcare Pvt Ltd Brookefield Bengaluru Department Finance Work Type Full-time Work from Office Timings 11 00 AM - 8 00 PM Position Overview The Finance Associate will play a key role in managing financial operations client billing and employee compensation processes at Insighte a leading organization in the field of child development and therapy services This role requires strong accounting knowledge attention to detail and coordination across HR and operations teams to ensure accurate timely and compliant financial practices Key Responsibilities 1 Client Billing Payments Prepare and dispatch client invoices accurately and on schedule Send and track 300 payment reminders monthly and maintain follow-up records Record incoming payments and update financial trackers daily Coordinate with the HR and Operations team for service verification before billing Manage escalations for delayed or pending payments and maintain communication logs 2 Payroll Employee Compensation Process employee payroll in coordination with HR every month Prepare payslips and ensure accurate computation of attendance-based payments Verify reimbursement claims and ensure all bills have valid supporting documents Maintain and update employee bank and payment details with accuracy 3 Accounting Documentation Record daily financial transactions and expenses in Zoho Books Reconcile accounts and prepare financial summaries for monthly reporting Maintain supporting documentation for all payments receipts and reimbursements Support audit requirements by ensuring data completeness and clarity 4 Data Management Reporting Maintain HR and finance data trackers in Excel Sheets Prepare monthly dashboards and reports on receivables reimbursements and payroll Track vendor payments and maintain timely updates 5 Compliance Coordination Ensure all financial practices comply with internal policies and TDS regulations Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant CA for filings TDS and monthly compliance updates Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial documentation Qualifications Requirements Education B Com M Com BBA Finance MBA Finance Experience Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance experience working with a CA or firm preferred Technical Skills Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar accounting software Advanced Excel skills Pivot VLOOKUP reconciliation templates Good understanding of TDS GST basics and invoice management Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage large volumes of data Professional communication and coordination skills Problem-solving attitude and accountability Work Setting At Insighte we work closely with children families and therapists to create a supportive environment The Finance Associate s role is central to ensuring transparent reliable and well-documented financial processes that sustain this mission Compensation Salary 20 000 - 25 000 per month based on experience and skillset Payment Schedule Between the 6th - 8th of every month TDS 10 as per applicable norms Health Insurance Eligible after 1 year of continuous service Job Type Full-time
