ob Summary The Interior Design Manager will lead the design team in creating innovative functional and aesthetically appealing interior spaces The role involves managing all aspects of design development from concept to completion ensuring alignment with client requirements budgets and timelines Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the interior design team for multiple residential commercial and corporate projects Develop creative design concepts layouts and presentations for client approvals Coordinate with clients architects project managers and vendors throughout the project lifecycle Review and approve design drawings BOQs material selections and shop drawings Ensure design quality accuracy and adherence to brand standards Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve design-related issues Manage project schedules budgets and resource allocation Stay updated on current design trends materials and technologies Mentor junior designers and support skill development within the team Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Interior Design Architecture or related field Minimum 7-10 years of experience in interior design with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role Strong knowledge of AutoCAD SketchUp 3ds Max Photoshop Lumion and other design tools Excellent understanding of materials finishes lighting and ergonomics Solid project management and leadership skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and client-handling skills Preferred Experience in turnkey interior projects or design-build environments Knowledge of estimation and BOQ preparation Familiarity with construction drawings and on-site execution coordination Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
