Job Title Bodyshop Advisor Department Bodyshop Location Shivam Autozone Job Summary The Bodyshop Advisor acts as the main point of contact between the customer and the workshop They are responsible for handling accident repair cases coordinating with insurance companies preparing estimates ensuring timely repairs and delivering excellent customer service Key Responsibilities Greet customers understand their vehicle repair accident concerns and register the job Inspect damaged vehicles prepare repair estimates and explain costs and timelines to customers Coordinate with insurance surveyors and assist customers with claim processes Open job cards ensure correct documentation and maintain accurate records Follow up with the workshop team to monitor progress of repairs and update customers regularly Ensure all repairs are done as per quality and safety standards Conduct final inspection before delivery and ensure customer satisfaction Promote additional services and upsell value-added products Handle customer complaints effectively and maintain long-term relationships Meet monthly targets on customer satisfaction throughput and revenue Key Skills Competencies Good communication and interpersonal skills Solid knowledge of accident repair denting painting and insurance claim process Customer-oriented with problem-solving attitude Ability to handle pressure and multitask Computer proficiency MS Office DMS ERP software Qualification Experience Graduate Diploma in Automobile Engineering or equivalent 2-4 years experience as Bodyshop Advisor Service Advisor in automobile dealership Knowledge of insurance procedures preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Education Diploma Preferred Experience Bodyshop Advisor 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
