Job Title Civil Site Supervisior Experience 5 - 10 Years Location Pune Job summary We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities for residential real estate projects The ideal candidate will ensure project completion on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards and safety protocols Key Responsibilities THIS POSITIN IS FOR MULASHI PUNE VAADI LOCATION In office Supervision Supervise the day-to-day activities of construction sites ensuring compliance with design specifications quality standards and safety regulations Project Coordination Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and execution of work according to project timelines Quality Assurance Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications and industry standards Safety Management Implement and monitor site safety protocols to ensure the safety of all site personnel and compliance with legal and company standards Progress Reporting Prepare and present regular progress reports to management highlighting any challenges and proposing solutions to mitigate risks Software Proficiency Auto-CAD Key Requirements Experience 5-10 years of relevant experience in civil site supervision particularly within the residential real estate sector Education Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering B Tech B E or a similarly relevant discipline Technical Knowledge In-depth understanding of construction management processes and safety regulations Leadership Skills Proven ability to lead and motivate a construction team ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all parties Preferred Qualifications Master s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Familiarity with local building codes and regulations What We Offer Competitive salary package Opportunity for career growth and development Exposure to large-scale residential projects Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Work Location In person
