The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing the company s day-to-day financial operations including accounting budgeting cash flow management vendor payments and financial reporting This role requires strong attention to detail analytical ability and a solid understanding of accounting principles to ensure the company s financial health and compliance Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions Handle accounts payable and receivable manage vendor and client payments Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Manage petty cash and day-to-day office expense tracking Assist in budgeting forecasting and financial planning Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely deposit and withdrawals Coordinate with auditors accountants and management for financial compliance Support management with data-driven insights for decision-making Monitor project-wise financial performance site expenses purchase costs vendor bills etc Ensure compliance with GST TDS and other statutory requirements Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling company financial data Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 14 000 00 per month Work Location In person
