Purpose of Position To oversee daily execution of construction and billing verification ensuring timely safe and quality completion of structural finishing and utility works Major Responsibilities Supervise construction of towers bungalows and external infra works Verify compliance with GFC drawings technical specifications and contracts Monitor contractor resource deployment and productivity Validate contractor bills and certify quantities with Quantity Surveyor Ensure coordination between civil MEP and architectural teams Enforce safety and quality protocols in office Qualification and Experience Graduate in Civil Engineering with 15 years of Project Management experience in the construction of Residential commercial institutional buildings roads and Infrastructure and exposure to PERT and CPM techniques Skills Qualities Strong knowledge of civil construction contracts and billing systems Proficiency in MS Project Primavera Eye for detail in measurements and execution Firmness in site supervision and dispute resolution Collaborative and responsive under pressure
