Responsibilities Leading a team of electrical engineers and technicians to ensure efficient operations Developing and implementing electrical maintenance strategies to optimize plant performance Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support plant projects and initiatives Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Troubleshooting electrical issues and implementing corrective actions in a timely manner Providing technical expertise and guidance to support continuous improvement initiatives Participating in the development of capital projects and budget planning processes Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth Contributing to the development and implementation of energy efficiency and sustainability programs Qualifications Education Qualification Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Master s degree preferred Certification required Qualified Engineer PE license is a plus Certification in Project Management is advantageous
