Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic Civil Engineer with a solid interest in sales and client interaction This hybrid role combines technical knowledge with business development responsibilities The ideal candidate will work from the office for four days a week and visit project sites or client locations for two days a week The role involves understanding client requirements providing technical solutions supporting project execution and contributing to sales growth Key Responsibilities Technical Responsibilities Understand and interpret civil structural drawings and BOQs Support design and estimation teams in preparing proposals costing and technical documentation Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and monitor progress Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution of work as per standards Sales Client Engagement Meet clients consultants and contractors to promote the company s products services Understand client needs and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions Prepare and deliver presentations proposals and quotations Follow up on leads quotations and negotiations to convert opportunities into orders Reporting Coordination Maintain client and site visit reports sales trackers and CRM updates Liaise between the sales design and execution teams to ensure client satisfaction Provide feedback from the market to improve offerings and strategies Requirements Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Civil Engineering Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel to client project sites at least 2 days per week Knowledge of AutoCAD MS Excel and basic estimation tools is a plus Self-motivated target-driven and client-focused mindset Preferred Skills Exposure to B2B sales project-based selling or construction materials equipment Ability to read and explain technical drawings to non-technical stakeholders Experience in CRM or sales tracking systems Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 12 000 00 - 16 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Application Question s Looking for female candidates Education Bachelor s Preferred Location Bangalore City Karnataka Preferred Willingness to travel 50 Preferred Work Location In person
