We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman with a minimum of 3 years experience particularly in BMC Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation drafting and interior finish drawings The ideal candidate should be proficient in preparing working drawings submission plans and detailed interior drawings with accuracy and compliance to local regulations Key Responsibilities Prepare BMC submission drawings as per regulatory guidelines Develop detailed interior finish drawings including flooring ceiling elevations and joinery details Coordinate with architects designers and project teams to ensure drawings are accurate and aligned with project goals Modify and update drawings based on feedback and site requirements Maintain proper documentation and drawing records Requirements Diploma or degree in Architecture or related field Minimum 3 years of relevant drafting experience Proficient in AutoCAD knowledge of Revit or SketchUp is a plus Strong understanding of municipal bylaws and submission processes especially BMC Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines Preferred Prior experience with interior fit-out projects Valuable communication and coordination skills Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Application Question s Your current notice period at your present company Education Diploma Required Experience Real Estate 7 years Required Architecural Draftsmen 7 years Required Location Vile Parle Mumbai Maharashtra Preferred Work Location In person
