About the Opportunity Bayfield is a growing player in the Food Ingredients manufacturing and B2B food solutions sector delivering ingredient systems and technical support to food manufacturers foodservice and ingredient distributors The role sits at the intersection of finance compliance and operations in a manufacturing-led environment with rapid-moving SKUs multi-state operations and regulatory complexity We are hiring an experienced Chartered Accountant to own end-to-end finance operations statutory reporting and tax compliance This is an on-site role based in Kochi Role Responsibilities Drive month-end and year-end financial close prepare accurate P L balance sheet and cash flow statements aligned to Ind AS and internal reporting timelines Own statutory compliances manage GST TDS corporate tax filings and coordinate statutory audits and support external auditors Manage accounting operations oversee AP AR bank reconciliations fixed assets inventory accounting and cost allocation for manufacturing lines Implement and maintain internal controls and process improvements to strengthen SOX-readiness reduce leakage and improve closing efficiency Produce management MIS variance analysis budgeting and monthly business reviews to support commercial and plant leadership decisions Collaborate with ERP and IT teams to optimise financial processes ensure accurate master data and support ERP rollouts or enhancements Skills Qualifications Qualified Chartered Accountant CA with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in manufacturing or FMCG finance Strong hands-on experience in Ind AS financial reporting statutory compliance GST TDS corporate tax and statutory audits Proven track record managing month-end close MIS preparation budgeting forecasting and cost accounting in a manufacturing environment Proficiency with ERP systems SAP Oracle Tally Excel-based financial models and solid reconciliation discipline Location Workplace Kochi Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 150 000 00 per month Work Location In person
