We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supervisor with a background in Electronics and Communication Engineering ECE to manage and oversee daily production or maintenance activities The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of supervisory experience in an electronics or manufacturing environment with strong technical and leadership skills Key Responsibilities Supervise the day-to-day operations of the assigned team production assembly testing maintenance Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures SOPs quality standards and safety protocols Monitor workflow identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to team members as needed Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Quality Maintenance and Stores Maintain shift reports production logs and other documentation Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure equipment functionality and product quality Train and mentor technicians operators under your supervision Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of basic electronic equipment if applicable Qualifications B E B Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering ECE or Diploma in ECE from a recognized institution 0-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a production assembly or maintenance setting in the electronics or manufacturing sector Working knowledge of electronic components testing tools and production techniques Basic understanding of safety standards ISO practices and quality control Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Experience Supervisor Electrical Field work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
