Job Title Domestic Marketing Assistant Location for reporting Thol kadi road Kadi Gujarat Industry Food Ingredients Food Processing Natural Food Colors Employment Type Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Domestic Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and business development efforts across India The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the food ingredients industry particularly natural food colors and demonstrate the ability to generate leads travel extensively and engage directly with potential customers This role requires both technical know-how and people skills to promote our natural food color solutions to food beverage manufacturers processors and distributors Key Responsibilities Pan-India Lead Generation Identify and qualify new business opportunities across various states through cold calling digital outreach industry databases and attending trade shows Customer Engagement Visits Regular travel across India to meet potential clients conduct product presentations and gather market intelligence Technical Support Product Knowledge Provide basic technical information on the application of natural food colors in various products such as beverages dairy confectionery snacks and more Monitor industry trends competitor activity and customer needs to inform marketing strategies and product development Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and technical trials or samples are managed smoothly Maintain detailed records of interactions leads and follow-ups using CRM tools and prepare periodic reports for management Market Research Collaboration with Sales and R D Teams Reporting CRM Management Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Food Technology Marketing or related field 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing preferably in food ingredients flavors colors or additives sector Technical understanding of how food ingredients especially natural colors interact with various food matrices Skills Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Robust networking and lead-generation capabilities Willingness to travel frequently across India Self-motivated detail-oriented and capable of working independently Familiarity with CRM and basic marketing tools Preferred Experience Exposure to natural color formulations clean-label ingredients or health-centric food additives Participation in B2B exhibitions or food industry trade shows Compensation Competitive salary with travel allowances Performance-based incentives Job Types Full-time Permanent Work Location In person Kindly share you resume on hr1 rrmgt gmail com and contact on (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
