We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Executive who will also be responsible for Treatment and Therapy Scheduling The ideal candidate should have excellent data entry skills proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to coordinate patient appointments efficiently Prior experience in a healthcare or hospital setting will be an added advantage Key Responsibilities Billing Data Entry Prepare and generate patient bills accurately and in a timely manner Verify and update patient billing information in the hospital management system Process payments and maintain billing records Coordinate with departments for clarification on services rendered Maintain accurate records of transactions and generate daily weekly monthly reports Handle billing queries from patients or relatives professionally Treatment Therapy Scheduling Schedule treatment and therapy sessions in coordination with doctors and therapists Manage and update appointment calendars for therapy rooms and Ayurvedic treatments Communicate appointment details to patients via phone or in person Ensure optimal utilization of resources by avoiding scheduling conflicts Follow up on patient attendance and rescheduling as required Required Skills Qualifications Minimum qualification Graduate in any discipline Proven experience in billing preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail Personal Attributes Responsible and dependable Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively Patient-centric approach and skilled demeanor Team player with a collaborative mindset Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
