Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to install maintain and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in residential commercial and industrial settings The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a safe and timely manner Key Responsibilities Install repair and maintain pipes valves fittings drainage systems and fixtures in residential and commercial structures Read blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes drainage systems and other plumbing materials Install and maintain water supply systems waste disposal systems and related appliances and equipment Inspect plumbing systems for proper operation and code compliance Identify plumbing problems and propose effective solutions Work with hand and power tools to perform job tasks efficiently Collaborate with general contractors electricians and other construction professionals Follow health and safety standards and comply with building codes Keep accurate records of time spent and materials used on jobs Provide cost estimates and job timelines to clients as needed Requirements Proven experience as a plumber apprenticeship or relevant experience required Knowledge of water supply heating and ventilation systems Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Good physical condition and stamina High school diploma or equivalent vocational training or certification is a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
