The Implementation Specialist performs onboarding and deployment services for Fortellis customers App publishers and API publishers The Implementation Specialist performs system configuration activities ensures end-to-end readiness of the implemented solution and monitors the onboarding process with a focus on minimizing time to value for the customer Job Responsibilities Executes tasks associated with onboarding and deploying customers App API publishers vendors dealers OEMs and internal CDK teams including setting up vendor access to test environments and preparing operational systems and documentation and communicating with customers Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure that dealers data is onboarded to the centralized dealer data repository Titan Snowflake Performs bulk subscription services for customers according to CDK policies Monitors and tracks customer activity in the application integration development cycle to enable data driven decision-making Provides technical support to internal teams at CDK and directs them to use established processes Performs investigations to reconcile and resolve customer billing inquiries Provides product feedback and ideas for product improvements into Product Management Collaborates with cross-functional team members to minimize time-to-value for the customer Analyzes operational processes systems and databases to provide operational insights and support data driven decision-making processes Acquires and maintains in-depth knowledge of integrated CDK applications Contributes to the collective knowledge base by submitting documentation of their research and findings Serves as an escalation point for production support issues escalated by Customer Care Contributes to the continuous improvement and documentation of organizational processes including the identification and documentation of standards and best practices related to their role on the team Develops strong working relationships with cross-functional team members Qualifications Required Expertise on PowerShell Python API Testing Postman Must possess strong organizational skills and be detail oriented Must possess solid written and verbal communication skills Must possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills Able to work independently on multiple projects and work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines Must have the ability to effectively manage the expectations of stakeholders regarding project deliverables Experience working with a variety of databases analyzing data and creating reports to support data driven decisions Experience using JIRA to submit defects and product change requests and track progress on product changes Experience using SQL to access data in a relational database Experience using MS Excel to manipulate and prepare data to be used for a variety of purposes Experience creating and maintaining internal documentation on business processes Must be fast learner that is able to learn new systems tools and processes quickly Prefer experience with CDK applications including the Drive DMS Prefer experience within the Automotive Retail industry Prefer a bachelor s degree in management information systems or related work experience At CDK we believe inclusion and diversity are essential in inspiring meaningful connections to our people customers and communities We are open curious and encourage different views so that everyone can be their best selves and make an impact CDK is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating an inclusive workforce where everyone is valued Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color creed ancestry national origin gender sexual orientation gender identity gender expression marital status creed or religion age disability including pregnancy results of genetic testing service in the military veteran status or any other category protected by law Applicants for employment in the US must be authorized to work in the US CDK may offer employer visa sponsorship to applicants
