About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled DTP Desktop Publishing Operator to join our team The candidate will be responsible for designing formatting and preparing documents brochures reports and other materials for print and digital use ensuring accuracy quality and adherence to brand guidelines Key Responsibilities Create format and edit documents brochures reports flyers presentations and other marketing or training materials Work with design and content teams to ensure accuracy consistency and high-quality output Prepare files for printing ensuring correct resolution color settings and layout standards Proofread and cross-check content for errors before final delivery Maintain and update design templates and style guides as per company standards Handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors printers publishers etc for smooth production Required Skills Qualifications Proven experience as a DTP Operator or similar role Proficiency in software such as Adobe InDesign Illustrator Photoshop CorelDRAW MS Office and other design layout tools Strong attention to detail with excellent typography and layout sense Knowledge of printing standards file formats and pre-press preparation Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency Valuable communication and time-management skills Educational Qualification Diploma Degree in Graphic Design Desktop Publishing Printing Technology or a related field Relevant certifications in design tools will be an added advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
