Job Summary As a Project Coordinator you will work closely with the project managers development team designers and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and with high quality You ll act as a key link between internal teams and clients to manage timelines documentation communication and daily progress tracking Key Responsibilities Coordinate internal resources and clients for smooth execution of projects Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation reports status updates timelines Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met Organize and participate in daily stand-up meetings sprint planning and reviews Act as the point of contact for clients and internal teams for project updates and queries Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to the Project Manager Support in resource planning and task allocation Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques e g JIRA Trello Asana Ensure quality standards are met during all project phases Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT Business Administration or related field 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role in a tech or IT services company Robust organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to multitask and manage multiple project components simultaneously Basic understanding of software development lifecycle SDLC Agile and Scrum methodologies Familiarity with project management tools e g JIRA ClickUp Trello Asana Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Application Question s What is your expected CTC What is your Notice Period Experience Project coordination 1 year Required Agile 1 year Required Work Location In person
