Job Title Senior Technical Delivery Manager Job Summary We re seeking an experienced Senior Technical Delivery Manager to lead and oversee our managed services teams and projects for large MNCs The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent leadership skills and deep experience in setting up cloud environments building Centers of Excellence CoEs handling critical incidents and managing globally distributed teams including offshore This role requires strategic thinking operational execution and cross-functional accountability Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver high-quality services to large customers Lead and mentor managed services teams and project teams including offshore delivery units Drive the setup and governance of cloud environments preferably Azure Build scale and manage Centers of Excellence in relevant technology or practice areas Handle critical incidents and escalations with a structured high-impact response approach Ensure seamless delivery of services and projects with strong governance practices Collaborate across functional and regional teams promoting accountability across all delivery streams Develop and implement delivery strategies processes and standards Manage budgets resource allocation and capacity planning Identify and mitigate risks ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Foster strong relationships with customers stakeholders and vendors Requirements 8 years of experience in technical delivery management or a similar role Proven track record of managing large-scale services and projects for MNCs Strong technical background with expertise in cloud platforms preferably Azure DevOps and cybersecurity Experience setting up and leading Centers of Excellence in a specific technology or delivery area Demonstrated success in handling critical incidents and implementing resolution frameworks Strong background in managed services delivery and offshore team management Experience with IT service management frameworks e g ITIL Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage cross-team accountability in a fast-paced workplace Familiarity with project management methodologies e g Agile Waterfall Nice to Have Certification in IT service management or project management e g ITIL PMP Experience with automation tools and technologies e g automation scripts CI CD pipelines Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements CONTACT KHURRAM AT khurram at khoj-inc dot com Job Type Full-time Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location Remote
