We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team The ideal candidate will have strong design sensibilities technical expertise and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion This role requires close collaboration with our design and execution teams to deliver projects that align with Studio Sculpt s vision and quality standards Responsibilities Develop architectural concepts drawings and detailed designs Work on both residential and commercial projects ensuring designs are functional and aesthetically strong Coordinate with structural MEP and interior teams for integrated solutions Prepare working drawings 3D visualizations and presentation boards Conduct site visits and resolve on-site design issues Stay updated with materials technologies and sustainable design practices Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in Architecture 2-5 years of experience in architectural design and execution freshers with exceptional portfolios will also be considered Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp Revit and other design software Strong understanding of MEP integration and construction detailing Excellent communication and project coordination skills Passion for design innovation and precision What We Offer Opportunity to work on high-end projects across India Creative and cooperative work environment Exposure to both design and execution phases Growth opportunities within the studio Location Chennai with travel to project sites as required Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 65 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Work Location In person
