Job description for Operation Responsibilities Coordinate and manage daily dispatch of vehicles as per client bookings and schedules Allocate vehicles and drivers efficiently based on location timing and vehicle type Monitor vehicle movements using GPS tracking systems and ensure timely pickups drop-offs Act as a point of contact between clients and drivers for smooth operations Handle last-minute booking requests rescheduling and cancellations professionally Maintain records of vehicle usage trip sheets fuel usage and driver attendance Ensure compliance with company policies SLAs and customer service standards Assist in onboarding new drivers and providing route plans and client instructions Report delays vehicle breakdowns or issues to the concerned department for quick resolution Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure vehicle availability and readiness NOTE Male candidates only Should be okay with night shift Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Required Experience Operations 1 year Preferred Logistic Operations 1 year Preferred Location Vashi Navi Mumbai Maharashtra Preferred Shift availability Night Shift Required Day Shift Required Work Location In person
