Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and experienced recruiter to join our EdTech team The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and hiring top talent across product content technology sales and academic functions Experience in EdTech or education-focused roles is essential Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions in the EdTech space Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans Screen candidates for skills cultural fit and role alignment Drive a smooth and efficient interview and offer process Maintain ATS and recruitment dashboards Requirements 3 years of recruitment experience preferably in EdTech or education sector Proven ability to hire for diverse roles Tech Product Sales Academics Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Solid sourcing and networking capabilities Job Type Full-time Pay 400 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Experience EdTech 2 years Required Work Location In person
