Supervise and lead a team of moulding machine operators and technicians Ensure production targets are met in terms of quality quantity and on-time delivery Monitor and optimize moulding processes for efficiency and quality Troubleshoot moulding machine issues and coordinate maintenance as needed Set up moulding machines and adjust parameters to maintain product quality Oversee the installation and removal of moulds and dies Ensure that moulded parts conform to product specifications and quality standards Enforce health and safety regulations in the moulding department Maintain accurate production and downtime records Train recent employees and provide ongoing training for existing staff Work closely with Quality Control Maintenance and Engineering teams Participate in continuous improvement initiatives e g lean manufacturing 5S Kaizen Ensure proper storage and handling of moulds tools and raw materials Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Experience quality 1 year Required Work Location In person
