Job Title Sales Executive - Dealership Partnerships Location Delhi NCR Experience 2-5 years Automobile dealership sales experience preferred About the Role We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales Executive to expand and manage our dealership network The ideal candidate will source new and used car dealerships as potential partners convert them into active accounts and manage their onboarding This role also involves ensuring dealerships sell LOTS memberships bundled with vehicles and training dealership staff to drive sales Key Responsibilities Identify and approach new and used car dealerships to onboard them as LOTS partners Manage end-to-end dealership account onboarding and ensure smooth integration of LOTS membership bundles Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership stakeholders to ensure long-term engagement Train dealership employees on LOTS membership benefits sales techniques and processes Monitor dealership performance and provide support to improve LOTS membership sales Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of bundles offers and campaigns Maintain accurate records of dealership accounts conversions and performance metrics Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales or partnership management preferably with automobile dealerships Solid negotiation closing and account management skills Ability to manage multiple dealership accounts effectively Experience in conducting training or workshops is a plus Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently What We Offer Opportunity to work with a fast-growing startup in the automobile services space Exposure to business development sales strategy and account management Performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities
