Key Responsibilities Pre-Operative Duties Prepare and maintain the OT as per surgery requirements Check and arrange surgical instruments sterile drapes sutures and consumables Ensure functioning of OT equipment like anesthesia machine monitors cautery suction lights etc Assist in positioning and shifting of patients Intra-Operative Duties Assist the surgical team by passing instruments and materials Maintain sterility and follow aseptic techniques throughout the procedure Handle specimens carefully and label them properly Assist anesthetists with equipment and monitoring Post-Operative Duties Help in shifting patients to recovery room ICU Clean and sterilize instruments and OT area after each surgery Re-stock OT with necessary supplies Record surgical case details in OT register logbook Infection Control Safety Follow hospital infection control policies strictly Handle biomedical waste disposal as per protocol Ensure safe handling of sharps and hazardous materials Skills Competencies Required Knowledge of surgical instruments and equipment Understanding of aseptic techniques and sterilization Ability to work under pressure in emergency situations Valuable teamwork communication and organizational skills Basic knowledge of anatomy physiology and surgical procedures Qualification Experience 3 years of experience PREFERABEL MALE CANCDIDATE CONTACT NUMBER (phone hidden) VINOTHALAKSHMI Job Type Full-time Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
