Job Title Area Sales Manager ASM Company Otrix Life Science LLP Location Gujrat Experience Required 3 Years Industry Beauty Cosmetics Employment Type Full-Time Job Nature Field Work About the Company Otrix Life Science LLP is a leading D2C brand in the Beauty Personal Care industry With a growing presence in both online and offline markets we are expanding our sales team to drive growth and penetrate new markets with innovative high-quality cosmetic and personal care products Key Responsibilities Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets Manage and expand the distributor and retail network in assigned territory Identify potential clients conduct market visits and convert leads into sales Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to management Conduct product training and ensure visibility and placement of products at outlets Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors retailers and field sales executives Track daily sales prepare reports and ensure timely collections Coordinate with the marketing team for local-level promotional activities Recruit train and supervise sales executives or field sales staff if applicable Key Requirements Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG Beauty Cosmetic Personal Care field sales Strong knowledge of retail distribution and dealer management Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently Excellent communication negotiation and team management skills Self-motivated with a willingness to travel extensively within the region Comfortable working in a target-based and field-intensive role Preferred Qualifications Any Bachelor s Degree Experience in launching recent products in the market is an advantage Attractive package with performance-based incentives
