Position - Sourcing Specialist Experience - 1 to 3 years Location - Sector 65 Gurugram Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand resourcing requirements and workforce planning needs Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals social media networking and employee referrals Manage the full recruitment lifecycle job posting screening interviewing shortlisting and offer management Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future requirements Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and vendors when required Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires Maintain recruitment MIS dashboards and reports to track progress and KPIs Ensure compliance with company policies diversity goals and applicable labor laws Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent Continuously analyze recruitment processes and suggest improvements for efficiency Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment practices and talent acquisition strategies Proficiency in using ATS Applicant Tracking Systems recruitment tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple requirements and stakeholders simultaneously Strong organizational and analytical skills Negotiation and influencing skills Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field MBA PGDM in HR preferred 2-5 years of experience in sourcing talent acquisition in-house or consultancy Experience hiring across multiple functions and levels Familiarity with current recruitment trends employer branding and market mapping Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
