Job Summary We are seeking a responsible and dedicated female Hostel Warden to manage the operations of our Girls Hostel at University Name Gujarat The ideal candidate will be a compassionate leader with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain discipline while creating a safe secure and nurturing workplace for resident students Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day hostel operations and ensure the welfare and well-being of girl students Ensure safety hygiene and discipline within the hostel premises Maintain accurate records of hostel occupancy complaints and supplies Handle emergency situations and coordinate with university administration and healthcare services when required Act as a mentor and support system for students addressing their concerns and fostering a positive atmosphere Conduct regular inspections of rooms and hostel facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance Enforce hostel rules and regulations and take disciplinary action when necessary Coordinate with housekeeping security and mess staff for smooth functioning Maintain liaison with parents guardians as needed Requirements Female candidates only as per student welfare policy and hostel guidelines Graduate in any discipline additional qualifications in management or counseling are a plus Minimum 3 years of experience in hostel student accommodation management or similar roles Fluent in Gujarati Hindi and English Strong organizational administrative and problem-solving skills Willing to reside within the hostel campus accommodation will be provided Gujarat based candidates only Job Type Full-time Schedule Day shift Experience girls hostel warden 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
