This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Min Experience 3 years Location Bengaluru JobType full-time We are looking for a passionate and driven Product Manager to join our dynamic product team The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in product management preferably in quick-paced tech-driven environments You ll be responsible for defining product strategy managing the product roadmap and driving execution from concept to launch You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering design marketing sales and customer success to build products that users love Requirements Key Responsibilities Define prioritize and drive the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs Gather requirements by conducting market research analyzing data and engaging with customers and stakeholders Write clear and concise Product Requirement Documents PRDs and user stories for development teams Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features Monitor and analyze product performance using key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement Conduct A B testing usability studies and customer feedback sessions to inform product decisions Work closely with GTM go-to-market teams to support product launches and positioning strategies Ensure alignment across all stakeholders and maintain strong communication throughout the product lifecycle Act as the voice of the user championing their needs while balancing business objectives Stay up-to-date with industry trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies Required Skills Experience 3-6 years of experience in product management preferably in a technology or software company Proven experience in taking products from concept to launch with measurable success Solid understanding of product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies Excellent problem-solving analytical thinking and decision-making abilities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Strong user empathy and a keen eye for good UX UI Experience working with tools like JIRA Confluence Figma Google Analytics or similar platforms Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high attention to detail Good to Have Experience in B2B SaaS or consumer-facing digital products Technical background or familiarity with APIs system architecture and modern web technologies Experience in growth product management experimentation frameworks or monetization strategies
