Key Responsibilities Daily Operations Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers Ensure production schedules are met in a timely and cost-effective manner Allocate tasks to workers and manage workflow on the production floor Quality Assurance Monitor output to ensure quality standards are met Address product defects and initiate corrective actions when necessary Work closely with the QA QC team to maintain standards Team Leadership Train coach and evaluate production staff Promote a culture of teamwork accountability and safety Resolve employee issues or escalate as needed Process Efficiency Improvement Recommend and implement improvements to production processes Monitor machine utilization minimize downtime and optimize efficiency Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Health Safety Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations Conduct safety checks and ensure proper use of PPE and equipment Report and investigate accidents or unsafe practices Reporting Maintain accurate production records including shift reports and downtime logs Communicate production updates and challenges to management Participate in daily production meetings Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Work Location In person
