About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in SaaS Software Sales . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of selling B2B software solutions, managing enterprise sales cycles, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through networking, outbound sales, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify and engage real estate developers, builders, channel partners, and enterprise clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present archVi's SaaS platform to decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to maximize client success.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
