- Support the developmentand maintenance of MIS, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and management reports for business performance reviews. N
- Analyse operational, financial, and functional data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. N
- Support the Cost Excellence Program by tracking savings initiatives, monitoring benefit realization, validating data, and coordinating follow-up actions. N
- Assist in monitoring and governing Operational Excellence, transformation, and continuous improvement projects across functions. N
- Coordinate with Finance, SCM, Operations, Projects, IT, HR, and other stakeholders to gather data, track progress, and support implementation of improvement initiatives. N
- Support process mapping, process performance measurement, and development of operational metrics. N
- Prepare analytical insights, presentations, and reports for leadership reviews, management meetings, and decision-making forums. N
- Track project milestones, advantages, risks, and action items to ensure effective program governance. N




- Support deployment of Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement projects, and operational excellence methodologies through data analysis and project monitoring. N
- Assist in identifying opportunities for digitalization, automation, and AI-enabled improvements across business processes. N
- Coordinate with external consultants and internal stakeholders to support the execution of strategic and operational improvement initiatives. N
- Support capability-building, best-practice sharing, and initiatives that foster a culture of operational excellence and data-driven decision-making. N

nQualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degreein engineering, Analytics;
MBA added advantage. N
- 10 - 12 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Business Analytics, PMO, or Continuous Improvement roles (In Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or related process manufacturing industries). N
