NExperience: Minimum 02 year to maximum 07 years
NKey Responsibilities:

- Track & monitor receivables from e-commerce marketplaces (Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, Myntra, etc.) N
- Manage accounts receivable process for e-commerce industry, ensuring timely collection of customer payments. N
- Handle chargebacks, file claims/disputes,
and reconcile payment gateway transactions accurately. N
- Prepare GST returns on outward supplies and maintain records according to accounting standards (AS). N
- Utilize Zoho Books or Tally software to manage financial operations efficiently. N
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries related to orders, deliveries, and billing. N
- Ensure GST compliance and accuracy of supporting documentation N
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, customer service) to resolve order/return issues N
- Support monthly closingand accrual/provision accounting activities N
- Verify and validate deductions such as commissions, logistics charges, penalties, and adjustments N
- Support internal and external audits as required N
