About the Role NWe are looking for experienced and passionate Medical Coding Trainers to join our growing training team in Chennai. Key Responsibilities N

- Deliver high-quality training sessions in Medical Coding (ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS) N
- Train freshers and entry-level candidates across multiple specialties such as: N
- Radiology & Interventional Radiology N
- Surgery (Multi-specialty) N
- E/M & ED Codingn




- HCC / Risk Adjustment Coding N
- Anesthesian
- Medicine N
- Develop and deliver structured training modules, presentations, and practical exercises N
- Conduct assessments, mock tests, and provide detailed feedback to trainees N
- Guide students on real-time coding scenarios and industry best practices N
- Ensure students understand coding guidelines (AMA, CMS, NCCI, OGCR) N
- Support trainees in interview preparation and job readiness N
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports N
- Collaborate with management to continuously improve training content N

Required Qualificationsn
- N
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Medical Coding N
- Strong knowledge of: N
- ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS N
- Medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology N
- Coding guidelines (CMS,AMA, NCCI edits, LCDs) N
- Certification preferred: CPC / CRC / CCS / RCC N
