Job DescriptionKey Roles and Responsibilities
N1. Business Generation:
N1.1 Responsible to achieve sales and order booking targets in the assigned region
N1.2 Prepare and implementbusiness plans monthly, quarterly and annually
N1.3 Create and execute account plans for all the customers and update on quarterly basis
N1.4 Develop new customersin the assigned region by using solution sales approach through customer visits/ calls
N1.5 Planning and forecasting of sales on monthly / quarterly and yearly basis for assigned customers
N1.6 Increase in-house business shares in existing customers
N1.7 Responsible for conducting Tech days/Seminars at key customers.
N2. Partner management/ Stake holder management:
N2.1 CP (Channel Partner) / System integrators / SOP (Solution partners)/ distributors management in consultation with Channel Management Department (CMD)
N2.2 Direct customer/CP Credit term,



Credit limit control for the region in consultation with the CMD
N2.3 Develop & maintain valuable relationship with Customers and Channel Partners
N3. Data Management and Analysis:
N3.1 Maintain and analyse region and industry specific data as per business needs.
N3.2 Prepare various MIS reports, presentations, etc. as per requirements.
N3.3 eCRM hygiene and logging data in to GSFA (SFDC) and regularly updating the same.
NAchievement & Experience
NB.E or equivalent diploma
N03-05 years of experienceof industrial automation sales. Primarily into the FMCG, food & beverages, Pharma, Packaging segment.
NProduct experience into PLC, HMI, SCADA, Motion Servos, Sensor
