Diploma in interior designing from an accredited institution 1 years of Interior designing experience preferably in residential projects Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp Photoshop and Lumion is required Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to gather input and feedback on their residential project requirements preferences and budget constraints Regularly communicate and collaborate with clients to address any changes modifications or adjustments to the initial design plans ensuring client satisfaction Adjust contract terms and designs as necessary to accommodate changing client needs budget considerations or regulatory requirements Collaborate with contractors construction workers and other professionals to ensure successful implementation and execution of the architectural designs Oversee and manage architectural production staff providing guidance support and mentorship throughout the project lifecycle Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure the designs are being implemented accurately and according to specifications Stay up-to-date with industry trends advancements and best practices to continuously improve design quality and efficiency Job Type Permanent Pay From 18 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift
