Key Responsibilities - Oversee day-to-day operations of the plant factory including production quality control maintenance and dispatch Ensure timely and cost-effective production with a focus on quality and safety standards Lead a multidisciplinary team including production managers engineers supervisors and support staff Develop and execute operational plans KPIs and cost control strategies Coordinate with sales procurement and logistics teams for raw material sourcing and order fulfillment Maintain robust relationships with clients suppliers and contractors Managing all the work from coming of raw material to the production with controlled parameters and dispatch of goods on the given time Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
